Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Pet Waste Marketing LTD (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

These Terms govern all services provided by Pet Waste Marketing LTD and LMNT Media LTD, including but not limited to marketing services, advertising management, script writing, creative strategy, consulting, CRM integrations, automation systems, lead generation systems, social media content, and related digital marketing services for pet waste removal businesses.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Pet Waste Marketing LTD provides marketing and consulting services specifically designed for pet waste removal businesses and related industries.

Services may include:

• Meta advertising management
• Ad creative strategy
• Video and script writing
• Sales consulting
• CRM setup and integrations
• Automation systems
• SMS and email marketing systems
• Lead generation systems
• Website consulting
• Social media strategy
• Viral content scripting
• Marketing consultations

All deliverables, systems, strategies, and creative assets remain subject to these Terms.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competition, ad spend, sales ability, response times, customer pricing, reputation, and local demand.

We do not guarantee:

• Specific revenue increases
• Number of leads
• Appointment volume
• Return on ad spend
• Business growth
• Social media performance
• Virality
• Customer retention

Past performance or examples shown are not guarantees of future results.

3. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to requests in a timely manner
• Maintain professional communication
• Approve content and campaigns promptly
• Ensure their business complies with all applicable laws and platform policies
• Maintain active payment methods for all agreed services

Failure to cooperate may delay services and does not qualify the Client for refunds or chargebacks.

4. Intellectual Property

All scripts, marketing strategies, advertising concepts, automations, systems, workflows, copywriting, creative structures, funnels, templates, and custom marketing materials created by Pet Waste Marketing LTD are intellectual property owned by the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Client receives a limited, non-transferable license to use approved materials solely for their business purposes after payment has been made in full.

The Client may not:

• Resell our work
• Share proprietary systems with competitors
• Reproduce training materials
• Copy or distribute scripts
• Reverse engineer automations or workflows
• Claim ownership of proprietary marketing systems created by the Company

5. Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of digital marketing services, all sales are final once work has begun.

Refunds will NOT be issued under any of the following circumstances:

• Work has started
• The Client has received any scripts, concepts, drafts, strategies, consultations, ad copy, automations, or work product
• Campaign planning has begun
• Creative strategy has been discussed or delivered
• Accounts, integrations, or systems have been configured
• The Client changes their mind
• The Client decides not to continue
• The Client fails to participate or respond
• Advertising performance does not meet expectations

By purchasing services from Pet Waste Marketing LTD, the Client acknowledges that exposure to proprietary work product, scripts, strategies, and marketing concepts constitutes delivery of value and immediately makes the project non-refundable.

Chargebacks or payment disputes filed after receiving work product may be considered fraudulent and may result in legal action, collections, recovery of legal fees, and termination of all services.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual invoices or service agreements.

Late payments may result in:

• Suspension of services
• Removal of access to systems or campaigns
• Delayed deliverables
• Additional fees or interest where permitted by law

The Client is responsible for all third-party platform costs, including but not limited to:

• Meta advertising spend
• CRM subscriptions
• SMS costs
• Email platform fees
• Software subscriptions
• Hosting fees
• Domain fees

These fees are separate from Company service fees.

7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

The Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for services already rendered, work product already delivered, or consultations already performed.

Any attempt to reverse payments after receiving deliverables, strategies, scripts, consultations, or proprietary information may constitute breach of contract.

The Company reserves the right to:

• Pursue collections
• Recover attorney fees and legal costs where permitted
• Submit evidence of delivered work
• Terminate ongoing services immediately

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pet Waste Marketing LTD shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits
• Business interruption
• Advertising losses
• Indirect damages
• Consequential damages
• Data loss
• Platform suspensions
• Third-party software failures

Total liability shall never exceed the amount paid by the Client to the Company during the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private, including:

• Marketing strategies
• Business operations
• Sales systems
• Pricing
• Customer information
• Advertising strategies
• Proprietary workflows

Confidential information may not be disclosed without written consent unless required by law.

10. Termination

The Company may terminate services immediately if the Client:

• Violates these Terms
• Abuses staff
• Files fraudulent disputes
• Uses Company materials unlawfully
• Fails to pay invoices
• Damages the Company’s reputation

Termination does not remove outstanding payment obligations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States and the State in which legal action is initiated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts within the United States.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
